But his plan to refund only the cash he collected hit the rocks when after paying the 500,000naira he collected, he was requested at the police station to pay additional damages of 600,000naira this had not settled when the sug's lawyers slammed him with another 20million naira damages for breach of contract. his lawyer who's with femi falana chambers say they will  meet in court.
